Uses: Stems and leaves can be raw or stemmed like vegetables and eaten. Leaves can be used to make tea. Stems can be candied as well. Note: A native plant to Asia and Europe. A biennial unless you remove flower stalks each year.  Pot size: 3.5-4.5 inch.
