Caribe - H: 6-24 inches, W: 4-10 inches, Sun: Part to full, Zone: N/A, Description: Feathery, parsley like leaves. Uses: Leaves can be used in curries, meats & sausages, pastries, stews, and soups. Note: This variety is one of the longest standing varieties in the heat. Also, Cilantro/Coriander is an ancient herb that has been grown throughout the Mediterranean and Middle East, and eventually introduced to the Americas. 


Santos - H: 12-18 inches, W: N/A, Sun: Part to full, Zone: N/A, Description: Feathery parsley looking leaves. Uses: Leaves can be used to flavor curries, pastries, salsas, sausages, stews, and more. Flowers are edible too and can be added to salads. Note: This is a longstanding variety. Also, is an ancient herb that was grown throughout the Mediterranean and Middle East, and eventually introduced to the Americas.
