Beer's Black - H: 10-20ft, W: 10-20, Sun: Full, Fruit: Medium sweet buttery flavored fruit that ripens to a violet/black color with pink flesh, Note: Self-pollinating, Zone: 7-10.
 
Black Triana - H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Medium to large fruit with a sweet berry flavor that ripens to a violet/black color, Note: Developed in Italy and self-pollinating, Zone: ~7-10. 
 
Brown Turkey - H: 10-20ft, W: 10-20ft, Sun: Full, Fruit: Small to medium sized that ripen to a brown color, Note: Hardiness zone 5 to 9, but needs protection if temps drop below -10 F.
 
Chicago Hardy - H: 15-30ft, W: 15-30ft, Sun: Part to full, Fruit: Medium size mahogany fruit, Note: Hardiness zone 5 to 10, needs winter protection at -10 to -20, heat tolerant, and good for containers, Zone: 5-10. 
 
Chios Long Yellow – H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Large yellow/green figs. Note: This variety is originally from NJ Fig Farm and was found in a yard where they were believed to have been brought over and planted by a woman from Greece. Zone: 6/7.
 
C’s Red – H: 25ft, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Large red/brown fruit with red flesh that is sweet and has a berry taste to it. Note: Originally from Pangaio, Greece. Zone: 6.
 
Excel - H: 15 -20ft, W: 15-20ft, Sun: Full, Fruit: Large fruit that is yellow in color with pink/red flesh that is high in sugar content, Note: Self-pollinating and fruit less prone to cracking, Zone: 6-10.
 
Farmer Brown’s White – H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full: Light colored fruit. Note: This variety is a no-name white fig that has been growing in the greenhouses at Farmer Brown’s Market, Inc in Apalachin, NY. Zone: N/A.
 
Goccia D' Oro - H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Sweet fruit that are green/yellow with strawberry colored flesh when ripe, Note: Self-pollinating and produces 2 crops/year, Zone: ~7-10.
 
Italian Honey - H: 4-10ft, W: 4-8ft, Sun: Full, Fruit: Large, sweet fruit that ripen to green/yellow with amber flesh, Note: Self-pollinating, Zone: 7-10. Sold Out for 2023.
 
King - H: 8-10ft, W: 6-8ft, Sun: Full, Fruit: Sweet and flavorful large fruit that ripen to a green/yellow color with strawberry colored flesh, Note: A very reliable and productive variety and self-pollinating, Zone: N/A. 
 
LSU Purple - H: 8-10ft, W: 8-10ft, Sun: Full, Fruit: Long dark purple figs with pink/red flesh. Note: Mature plants can produce up to 3 crops a year. Good variety to grow in containers. Zone: 7-10. 
 
Magnolia - H: 4-12ft, W: 6-12ft, Sun: Full, Fruit: Very large fruit that ripens to a yellow color with a pink flesh, Note: Produces large quantity of fruit, but fruit are prone to cracking in humid conditions, Zone: 8a -10b.
 
Monroe Dark – H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Dark red/brown medium sized figs. Note: This variety was found by Aaron Delmonto of the New Jersey Fig Farm. Plants are self-pollinating. Zone: 6.
 
Paradiso - H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Sweet and juicy large fruit that is green/yellow with red flesh when ripe, Note: Italian variety and self-pollinating, Zone: ~7-10.
 
Pingo de Mel – H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Medium green/yellow figs with amber/white pulp. Note: A Portuguese variety that name means “drops of honey.” Zone: N/A.

Trojana - H: N/A, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Amber/yellow skinned fruit with red to burgundy flesh. The figs are sweet and juicy with a hint of cardamom and raspberry flavor. Note: A popular variety in Naples, Italy. Zone: N/A. 
 
Strawberry Verte - H: 10-20ft, W: N/A, Sun: Full, Fruit: Green with red flesh when ripe, Note: Heirloom variety, good for places with shorter seasons, and self-pollinating, Zone: 7-10.
 
White Texas Everbearing - H: 12-15ft, W: 8-10ft, Sun: Full, Fruit: Sweet and flavorful medium/large fruit that are amber color with golden flesh when ripe, Note: Produces 2 crops a year and are self-pollinating, Zone: 8b-10b.
 

Shipping only available in NY State between May 31st and October 31st. Pickup of potted plants available on the farm or at farmers' market after May 31st and before October 31st.
