Erfurter - H: 4-6ft, W: 1-2 ft, Sun: Part to full, Zone: 3-9, Description: Upright plants with scalloped leaves and white/purple flowers. Uses: Roots can be used as a thickener in recipes. Note: This variety was developed for commercial production and has up to 10% mucilage content.
