These are the types of parsley which we offer in 3.5/4.5 inch pots:

 

Curly (Petroselinum crispum)  - H: 6-12 inches, W: N/A, Sun: Part to full, Zone: 9, Description: Curly/frizzy bright green leaves. Uses: Can be used extensively in cooking and as garnishes. A good source of vitamins A, B, and C as well as trace minerals. Note: Annual/Biennial.

 

Festival 68 (Petroselinum crispum x Apium graveolens)  - H: 1-2 ft, W: N/A, Sun: Part to full, Zone: N/A, Description: Feathery celery like plants. Uses: Leaves can be used both fresh and dried in recipes calling for parsley or celery. Note: The variety is technically a cutting celery that was developed in Bulgaria by crossing celery and parsley. It is claimed to have higher vitamin c and Beta carotene content than its parsley parent. 

 

Flat Italian (Petroselinum crispum) - H: 6-12 inches, W: N/A, Sun: Part to full, Zone: 9, Description: Feather/celery like leaves. Uses: Used in a wide variety of dishes. Good source of vitamins A, C, E, and K as well as trace minerals. Note: Annual/Perennial. 

 

Japanese (Chryptotaenia japonica) - H: 6-12 inches, W: N/A, Sun: Part fo full, Zone: N/A, Description: Plant have serrated tri-lobe leaves that have a taste similar to that of parsley and celery. Uses: Leaves and bulbs are used in a number of Japanese dishes. Note: Annual in our zone. 

 

Plants are available for pickup and shipping between May 31st and October 31st.
